Their work was to make a collaborative sculpture around the themes given. The final work produced was an interactive installation in the entrance of Theatre Mohamed Haddad.
The community was invited to take a part of the sculpture on the final event. The artists were also encouraged to make independent works. This included a sculpture made from the community’s cast ears, fingers and feet and various other sculptures, which were exhibited.
They were encouraged to source local materials, which are readily available and therefore inspire the community to make art. We also encouraged them to work with local artisans such as welders and carpenters. Their works were showcased in 'Mohamed Haddad Theatre' inside and outside the gallery.
